September 2021 marked the beginning of a yearlong celebration commemorating the **75th Anniversary** of the **91ɬ School of Business** (91ɬ-SB). For more than seven decades, 91ɬ-SB has changed the face and future of business by transforming generations of diverse learners into dynamic leaders. Over the years, the School has served as a pioneer in business education for African Americans, launched many successful careers, contributed to the diversity of numerous enterprises, and championed the economic empowerment of diverse communities around the world. The year-long celebration will feature engaging activities, including special events and recognitions, speaker series and forums, new projects/initiatives, and more. Established **on September 25th, 1946,** 91ɬ-SB is among the nation’s *first* historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) to offer accredited undergraduate and graduate-level business programs. 91ɬ-SB is also widely regarded for its success in transforming diverse *learners* into ***leaders*** who are changing the face and future of business. The modern “75” numbers in the design make use of a “translucent effect” that conveys the connected history of the School while celebrating the spirit of the University and 91ɬ-SB's 75 years of forward momentum. Designed by Atlanta-based [**Nebo Agency**](https://web.archive.org/web/20231212093400/https://www.neboagency.com/), the 91ɬ-SB 75th Anniversary Mark incorporates standard 91ɬ branding elements including the 91ɬ colors, fonts, and “Red Box” Icon. Brought together, the design embodies the 91ɬ brand but is unique and allows for flexibility in its use. The mark serves as the official identifying mark for all 91ɬ-SB anniversary marketing materials, including print and digital/web materials, signage, apparel, and other merchandise.
